I started out writing code, so I design with the build in mind. What I enjoy most is taking something complicated and making it feel simple, whether it’s a SaaS dashboard, a developer console, an AI agent or a robot’s training data. I use AI to explore ideas faster. The decisions are still mine. What he likes: Complex workflows, Design systems, Developer experience, AI-assisted design. ## What he does - UI/UX design, end to end: From the first requirement and user journey to high-fidelity UI and the screens that ship. Example: Zero_Runtime’s Simulation & Evaluation and Robotics products, both live. - Complex workflows: Multi-step setups and settings, designed so people always know what happens next. Example: Knowledge Base, Tools, Voice Cloning, Batch Calls, Telephony, Deployment, Alerts and Recording on VideoSDK’s voice AI agent platform. - Dashboards & data-heavy screens: Tables, usage and analytics that lead with the summary and keep the detail one click away. Example: Runs, Usage, Recordings and Datasets on Zero_Runtime. - UX research & information architecture: User research, competitor analysis and flows that turn complex requirements into a clear structure. Example: Wireframes and prototypes for PropVIVO’s multi-tenant SaaS, grounded in user research. - Design systems: Reusable components and patterns, so new features look and work like the rest of the product. Example: Helped move the whole VideoSDK platform to a new design system in three months. - Handoff & build review: Specs, states and a review of the built UI, so it ships the way it was designed. Example: Every feature tested in dev and production builds before release at VideoSDK. Capabilities: UI/UX design, UX research, Information architecture, Workflow & configuration UX, Dashboards & data, Developer experience, Interaction & visual design, Design systems, Prototyping, Engineering collaboration. ## Pages - [Home](https://heymeet.in/): Who Meet is, what he designs, selected work and FAQ - [Work](https://heymeet.in/work): Every project - [Simulation & Evaluation](https://heymeet.in/work/zero-runtime-simulation): AI Agent Testing UX Design: Simulation - [Robotics Platform](https://heymeet.in/work/zero-runtime-robotics): Robotics UX Design: Teleops & Datasets - [About](https://heymeet.in/about): About Meet, experience, education, certifications and tools - [Contact](https://heymeet.in/contact): Email and profiles - [Resume (PDF)](https://heymeet.in/meet-mistry-resume.pdf) ## Work ### Simulation & Evaluation (Zero_Runtime, 2026) URL: https://heymeet.in/work/zero-runtime-simulation Status: live on Zero_Runtime (https://zeroruntime.ai/) Type: AI agent testing. Platform: Web app · AI agent evaluation. Role: UI/UX Designer. Worked with: PMs, simulation team and engineering. Topics: AI agent testing, AI agent simulation, AI agent evaluation, voice AI agent testing, conversational AI testing tool, LLM as a judge UX, AI agent QA dashboard, test personas and scenarios, cost transparency UX, AI product UX design. In one line: I designed a way to test AI agents against difficult callers, with the cost shown before anything runs. Summary: Configure realistic conversations, run them against AI agents and evaluate the replies, with cost visible up front. Context: Teams building voice agents need to know how an agent handles calm, angry, confused and impatient callers before real users find out. Every test run costs money, so the cost has to be clear before anything starts. Problem: A run means many choices: agent, branch, scenarios, personas, mode and cost. The job: one clear flow that doesn’t overwhelm. What he designed: - Designed the Simulation experience end to end. - Structured Runs, Scenarios and Personas. - Cost breakdowns: agent, judge, conversations, total. - Edge cases: low credits and stopping a run. Key decisions: - Three clear areas: Reusable inputs and run history were tangled together. Decision: Split into Runs, Scenarios and Personas. Every task has a home. - Cost before commit: Cost changes with mode and conversation count. Decision: Show agent + judge cost × conversations as a total, before the run. - Design the unhappy states: Runs get stopped early or can’t start without credits. Decision: Explicit stop and low-credit states that say what happens next. Outcome: Simulation UI v1.0.0, live on Zero_Runtime. A clear foundation for running AI agent simulations, with cost and control built in. Screens: - Run in progress: results by scenario and persona, with cost so far - Runs: every simulation at a glance - Scenarios: reusable situations to test against - Add scenario: goal, first line, and how the agent is judged - Personas: the simulated callers - New simulation: agent, branch, scenarios, personas and mode - Review and run: every conversation and its cost, before anything runs - Low credits: what's needed, and how to fix it - Stop simulation: you only pay for what finished ### Robotics Platform (Zero_Runtime, 2026) URL: https://heymeet.in/work/zero-runtime-robotics Status: live on Zero_Runtime (https://zeroruntime.ai/) Type: Robotics. Platform: Web app · robotics & Teleops. Role: UI/UX Designer. Worked with: PMs, engineering and product teams. Topics: robotics UI design, robotics UX design, teleoperation dashboard, teleops UI, robot recording analytics, robot episode review, robotics dataset management, robot learning data pipeline, robotics software design, AI agent platform design. In one line: I designed the robotics side of an AI agent platform, from live recordings to training-ready datasets. Summary: Simulation, recordings, episodes and datasets, brought into one consistent product. Context: Robotics teams record a robot’s movements, review them episode by episode, and turn them into datasets to train models. I designed those workflows inside an existing AI agent platform, using its navigation and patterns so robotics felt like part of the product, not a second app. Problem: Robotics work spans simulation, recordings, episodes and datasets. Spread across tools, nobody sees how it fits together. What he designed: - Robotics UI and the Teleops dashboard. - Designed how robotics fits into Zero_Runtime’s navigation and patterns. - First version of the simulation experience. - Recording, episode and dataset workflows. Key decisions: - One product, not two: Robotics risked feeling bolted onto the Voice AI platform. Decision: One navigation and shared patterns across both. - Summaries first: Episode tables showed too much technical detail. Decision: Lead with episode summaries; details on demand. - Datasets as a workflow: Dataset creation was a pile of technical fields. Decision: A dedicated, step-by-step dataset flow. Outcome: Robotics and simulation UI, live on Zero_Runtime. A clearer home for robotics workflows inside one platform. Screens: - Recording analytics: three camera views, joint angles and live telemetry - Usage: sessions, recordings, datasets and training at a glance - Recording: every episode with duration, frames and integrity - Datasets: each dataset, its format and status - Create dataset: name, source recording and training format ## Experience ### VideoSDK (2025 – Present, Surat, India) Design across real-time communication (RTC) infrastructure, AI voice agents (Zero_Runtime) and robotics - UI/UX Designer, Jan 2026 – Present - Partnered with the senior designer to migrate the entire platform to a new design language and component system in three months, creating one scalable foundation across products. - Own end-to-end design for 8 areas of the agent platform, structuring agent setup (Knowledge Base, Tools, Voice Cloning), calling (Telephony, Batch Calls) and operations (Deployment, Alerts, Recording). - Designed the first version of AI Voice Agents from zero, defining the concept and core flows the product grew from. - Designed Zero_Runtime’s Simulation & Evaluation and Robotics Platform, both live. - Co-established a design-to-build workflow on shared components, closing the gap between design and what ships. - Validate every feature in dev and production builds, so shipped UI stays true to design intent. - Redesigned the documentation home to surface new features and SDKs, and produced website creatives for marketing. - UI/UX Designer Intern, Sep 2025 – Jan 2026: Joined from PropVIVO, where the product was already built, to work on new AI and developer products. User flows, wireframes and prototypes, plus marketing and launch design. ### PropVIVO (2025, Surat, India) - Junior UI/UX Designer, Jun – Aug 2025: Web and mobile experiences for a multi-tenant HOA management SaaS: the full product revamp of legacy modules, new features for the web platform and mobile app, the marketing website and document-request flows, grounded in user research. Grew from trainee to junior designer. - UI/UX Designer Intern, Apr – Jun 2025 - UI/UX Designer Trainee, Jan – Mar 2025 ### Info web solution (2024, Surat, India) - Software Development Intern, Jan – Dec 2024: Web and mobile apps with React, Flutter and ASP.NET Core APIs, with their interfaces designed in Figma. ## Education and certifications - MSc, Information & Communication Technology, Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat (2023–2025) - Bachelor of Computer Applications, Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat (2020–2023) - Certification: Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner - Certification: Adobe Illustrator for Everyone: Design Like a Pro - Certification: Cross-platform mobile application development - Certification: Active Listening: The Secret to Effective Communication ## How he works 01. Understand the problem: Users, requirements and the real problem, agreed with stakeholders before any UI. 02. Map the product: Complex requirements turned into flows, IA and the edge cases nobody mentioned. 03. Explore solutions: Several directions compared before committing to one. 04. Design the experience: Clear, consistent UI built on the product’s design system. 05. Prototype & validate: Flows tested against real situations (errors, empty, permissions), not just the happy path. 06. Review & iterate: Review, take feedback, and revisit decisions when constraints change. 07. Handoff & collaborate: Dev-ready handoff, then I review the build until it matches. - Map the decisions first: Before any UI, I list every choice a user makes in the flow, and the edge cases nobody mentioned. - Design the moments that can go wrong: Errors, limits, cost and stopping halfway. These states decide whether people trust a product. - Build-aware handoff: Specs, states and a review of the built UI, so it ships the way it was designed. ## What colleagues say > I’ve worked with Meet Mistry at VideoSDK, where he’s been a reliable and thoughtful UI/UX Designer on our team. A: Two live products on Zero_Runtime, VideoSDK’s voice AI platform: Simulation & Evaluation, which lets teams test voice agents before launch, and the Robotics Platform, which turns robot recordings into training data. I also own eight areas of the agent platform, from agent setup to calling and deployment, and helped move the whole product to a new design system in three months. Q: How do you approach a new project? A: I start with the problem and the people using it, then map every flow and edge case before drawing a screen. I explore a few directions, design on the product’s design system, and test the build in dev and production until it matches the design. Q: How do you work with engineers? A: Closely, from the first flow to the final build. I started out writing code, so my handoff covers what engineers need: clear specs, and the error, empty and loading states they would otherwise have to guess. Q: Have you worked outside AI products? A: Yes. At PropVIVO I designed web and mobile experiences for a property and HOA management SaaS, and at VideoSDK my work spans real-time communication infrastructure and robotics as well as AI agents. Q: Can I see work that isn’t on this site? A: Email is the fastest way to reach me. I’m happy to walk you through any project, including work I can’t publish. Q: Where are you based? A: Surat, Gujarat, India (IST). I’m open to remote work and happy to relocate for the right role. ## Contact - Email: mistrymeet6338@gmail.com - LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/meetmistry23 - Medium: https://medium.com/@heymeet - Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/meeet.hey/ - YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@MeetMistry-23
